WebI struggle too with nausea and from my experience, having a stronger cardiovascular system helps a lot with avoiding feeling sick when working out hard. Increase rest times if you have to. Sure, it may not be optimal to take longer breaks between sets, but who cares, that's better than feeling sick after 20 mins and having to end the workout prematurely.
