WebJun 24, 2016 · With regard to PRVI brass, I encountered a batch that was not sufficiently annealed and/or brittle. I lost about 25% (split cases) of the first 40 when fire forming to .22 K Hornet. I annealed the rest of the bag and the failure rate dropped to zero. Other than that, I've had good experience with PRVI Hornet brass, too. http://www.saubier.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22639
