WebWhen I went to turn on my laptop this morning it froze on the start up screen that’s black and says dell so I forced it off and tried to turn it on again but it froze at the same place. I tried forcing it off again and same thing. Then I had to leave for about 4 hours and when I came back it was still stuck there.
